Biological Safety Training

 This training is specifically designed to satisfy training requirements for the University of Kentucky and for individuals who are students, faculty, or staff of the University. The individuals and departments utilizing this training are responsible for completing any prerequisites, completing refresher training as required, and maintaining their departmental training records. This training is not intended or represented for use by any other entity or individual outside the University of Kentucky.

Successful completion of all five modules of this on-line training course will satisfy the requirements of the University of Kentucky Institutional Biosafety Committee and Biological Safety Officer for training in biological safety. After you have reviewed the course and successfully completed the quiz, proceed to the on-line registration. Please utilize the same ID number and registration information for each module completed to ensure receipt of your training certificate. If you are not affiliated with the University of Kentucky and would like to complete the training, please send an email to ccowan@email.uky.edu.
