| This department also focuses on environmental compliance and activities that could affect the quality of air, soil, drinking water or groundwater. This unit handles asbestos testing and abatement, underground storage tanks (USTs), lead, radon, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), air and water quality, environmental site assessment, and contaminated site remediation. |
