RESIDENCE HALLS SELF-INSPECTION FORM

This self-inspection check sheet is designed to correspond with the Residence Halls Fire/Life Safety Regulations and Policies. The University Fire Marshal’s office will be using this form as a checklist during their inspection of the facility. All items “checked” need to be explained (ie., location, maintenance notified or corrective action taken in the comment column).
