| 2020-06-30 09:01:00 | 0192 - SHAWNEETOWN F, F0150A | A small fire occurred in a bathroom stall in the laundry room of the facility on an unknown date/time. Damage was discovered by maintenance personnel and was minor with toilet paper dispenser and wall. Notification made 06/30/2020 to UK Fire Marshal and UKPD when damage was discovered. |

Pull station activated, building evacuated, and Lexington Fire responded and discovered a room with smoke inside. Smoke was caused by pot of food left cooking on stove. Lexington Fire ventilated the room, no injuries or damage to room. |

Student extinguished by dumping water onto stove. 911 not initiated, fire report forwarded to UK Fire Marshal next day from resident hall director after receiving damage report. Damage limited to stove top, no injuries. |

Student used fire extinguisher to extinguisher and smoke detector engaged. Fire occurred on 10/13/2020 and student did not notify anyone until 10/14/2020. No damage or injuries. |
| 2019-02-13 11:27:00 | 0677 - University Flats, A0121 | A fire occurred inside a toaster while occupant was making toast. Occupant started toaster and left room for a few monutes and returned to smoke/flame emitting from toaster. Occupant unplugged and pushed toaster into sink and used wet towel to extinguish. Lexington Fire responded. No injuries and damage limited to toaster and underneath cabinet where toaster was located. Lexington Fire ventilated smoke from facility and cleared scene. |
| 2017-09-10 18:00:00 | 0677 - University Flats, Outside | A small fire occurred in a room as a result of grease dripping from a pan onto a burner on a stovetop. Student used fire extinguisher to put out fire. No injuries or damage. |
| 2017-08-12 13:00:00 | 0677 - University Flats, Outside | A student was cooking food inside of the oven and left the area. Food inside burned and caused alot of smoke inside of room and hallway. No damage to room or surrounding area and no injuries. |
| 2024-09-22 21:06:36 | 0677 - University Flats, A0409 | A fire occurred on stovetop when occupant was cooking. Grease underneath the burner ignited. Occupant covered with pot cover and unplugged stove. 911, fire department was not initiated. Notification from RA and Fix-It when occupant submitted a work order for the stove a few hours later. No damage or injuries. UK Fire Marshal addressed requirement of notifying fire department in case of any future events. |

No fire condition, students pulled fire alarm and evacuated building. Lexington Fire, UK Fire Marshal, and UKPD responded to scene. Lexington Fire remained on scene to clear the facility of smoke. No damage or injuries. |

Lexington Fire, UKPD, and UK Fire Marshal responded, and scooter was removed from facility. Building was ventilated and Lexington Fire cleared scene. No injuries and damage limited to scooter. |

| 2018-02-13 17:51:00 | 0186 - Woodland Glen 4, ST0000B | Fire occurred in a dryer located in the first floor laundry room. Occupants pulled fire alarm and called 911 evacuated building. Damage to dryer, contents, and smoke damage to room. No injuries, fire dept. responded and extinguished fire, removed burned materials and damaged dryer, and vented smoke from the building. Damage contained to laundry room and dryer unit. |
