The President of each chapter should appoint a chapter member to be responsible for the implementation of the following tasks. These tasks are applicable whenever the house is occupied, including the summer months.
B. Conduct safety training, including use of fire extinguishers, fire drills, etc. (Refer to attached
C. Conduct fire drills and complete required reports. (Refer to Section IV for additional information.)
D. Schedule inspection of fire suppression equipment. (Refer to Section IV for additional information.)
E. Implement safety regulations and policies. (Refer to Section III and IV for additional information.)
F. Report ALL fire alarms, including false alarms, to the University Fire Marshal via the proper form.
G. Report ALL accidents/injuries to the office of Occupational Health & Safety via the proper form
H. Conduct monthly safety inspections of the house utilizing the attached Self-Inspection Form. |
