Illicit Discharges
Only clean rainwater and a few specific exceptions can go down a storm drain. If you see something other than clean water entering a drain or with the potential to enter a drain if it rains, please report it. Any substance entering a storm drain has the potential to harm water quality and needs to be stopped.
Accidents and Unsafe Conditions
All incidents, injuries, or illnesses, or potential unsafe conditions must be reported as quickly as possible.
Exposure to Potentially Biohazardous Materials
Exposure Incident: Specific contact (eye, mouth, other mucous membrane, respiratory tract via inhalation, non-intact skin, or inoculation) with potentially infectious materials or recombinant nucleic acids which results from the performance of a researcher’s duties.
