Federal Law now requires that all laboratories that use hazardous chemicals implement a chemical hygiene plan. The University of Kentucky has developed a Chemical Hygiene Plan. The Word® version can be found below. It is also available on a diskette from the Occupational Health and Safety Office.

The following is a revised version adopted by the University Chemical Safety Committee. The revision was necessary for compliance with the OSHA Laboratory Standard which requires an annual review.
